Steadfast Earns National Recognition for Operational Excellence

Several Steadfast communities and teams were recently recognized for performance in resident satisfaction, employee engagement, and operational consistency across the portfolio. We share three of those below:

Grace Hill 95% Club (2026)

Three Steadfast communities — Coventry Heights, Tramore Apartments, and Residences at Salado — were named to the 2026 Grace Hill 95% Club, a national distinction awarded to multifamily properties that rank in the top tier of Grace Hill’s resident satisfaction surveys.

Grace Hill is one of the multifamily industry’s largest performance and training platforms, collecting standardized resident feedback across thousands of communities nationwide. Properties that achieve 95% Club status demonstrate exceptionally high resident satisfaction and likelihood-to-recommend scores based on verified survey data.

Because the recognition is based on resident responses rather than nominations or judging panels, it provides a direct measure of day-to-day operating performance at the community level.

Swift Bunny Employee Choice Award (2025)

Steadfast Management Company received the 2025 Engage by Swift Bunny Employee Choice Award, marking the fifth consecutive year the company has earned the recognition.

Swift Bunny’s Engage platform measures employee sentiment across the full lifecycle of employment, collecting confidential feedback from associates across participating multifamily organizations nationwide. The Employee Choice Award is based entirely on that associate feedback and reflects strong engagement, workplace culture, and team stability.

Consistent employee engagement tends to correlate with stronger on-site operations, lower turnover, and better resident experiences across communities.

Best Apartment Community | Kerrville Daily Times

At the local level, Residences at the Landing in Kerrville, Texas was named Best Apartment Community in the 2025 “Best of Kerrville” Readers’ Choice Awards by the Kerrville Daily Times, marking the fourth consecutive year the community has received the recognition.

The Best of Kerrville program is an annual readers’ choice survey conducted by the Kerrville Daily Times, where local residents vote across business categories to recognize organizations that consistently stand out in service, reputation, and community presence.

Because the recognition is determined by resident voting rather than industry panels, it reflects sustained satisfaction and trust among the local community the property serves.

Why Operational Recognition Matters

Operational recognition does not replace the quantitative side of apartment investing, but it signals the quality of execution behind the numbers.

In the multifamily operating world, resident satisfaction, team stability, and consistent service directly influence renewal rates, occupancy, and long-term asset performance. Recognitions like these help illustrate the operational culture behind Steadfast’s communities and the teams responsible for delivering that experience.
