As the year comes to a close, We wanted to take a moment to reflect on where we’ve been and how we’re thinking about the road ahead.
2025 was a year of deliberate progress for Steadfast. Our return to multifamily acquisitions was measured and selective, guided by careful underwriting and a focus on opportunities where pricing, structure, and fundamentals were aligned. That discipline shaped every decision we made.
Throughout the year, our teams were active across acquisitions, operations, asset management, and capital markets. We focused on properties we understand well, in markets where we already operate, and on structures designed to prioritize durability and cash flow over short-term momentum. At the same time, we continued to strengthen how we communicate, report, and engage with investors.
We launched Steadfast Direct for our investor community as a clear and transparent way to invest alongside us. The platform reflects how Steadfast has always operated: grounded in experience, shaped by disciplined underwriting, and supported by teams who work through every phase of ownership. Steadfast Direct formalizes that approach while making it easier for investors to engage directly with our work.
Looking ahead to 2026, we remain cautiously optimistic. Market conditions continue to evolve, and we expect select opportunities to emerge as capital markets normalize and supply pressures ease in certain regions. Our focus remains unchanged: disciplined underwriting, fixed-rate financing, meaningful co-investment by Steadfast, and clear communication with our partners.
