Sara Sprankles

Sara Sprankles is a seasoned property management executive with over 25 years of experience leading multifamily operations and transitions. As Director of Property Management at Steadfast Management Company, she oversees strategy, team development, and customer satisfaction initiatives that strengthen financial performance and foster community growth.

Her career has spanned leadership roles in property management, operational initiatives, and asset management, giving her broad expertise in acquisitions,
dispositions, and large-scale property transitions. Sara is recognized for building high-performing teams, streamlining processes, and developing innovative programs that enhance resident services and  vendor partnerships.

Passionate about people and operational excellence, Sara brings a hands-on approach to leadership, blending financial accountability with a strong focus on culture, mentorship, and long-term community success. She is also active with the National Apartment Association (NAA) and the Apartment Association of Orange County (AAOC) and holds a Blended Occupancy Specialist designation from the National Center for Housing Management.
