Mr. Emery joined Steadfast Companies in 2003, although he has been a team member since inception. Mr. Emery serves as Executive Vice President of Development & Senior Living and is responsible for the development of multifamily and senior living assets. Mr. Emery brings over 20 years’ experience at Steadfast with the acquisition, development and renovation of multifamily, senior living, retail and office properties. He was also instrumental in the establishment, facilitation and tracking of the Steadfast Income REIT’s revitalization program. Mr. Emery is a graduate of the University of Southern California.
