Dean Curci

Dean Curci joined Steadfast Companies in 2005 and currently manages real estate financing activities and serves as Asset Manager for our multifamily portfolio. Over the past 19 years he has served in a variety of roles across all the company’s real estate platforms. Dean has been responsible for closing over $10 billion in loan transactions, including loan originations and refinancings of Agency debt and credit facilities, as well as managing lender and partner relationships and reporting obligations. Dean was instrumental in securing lender approvals for the internalization and merger activities of the Steadfast-sponsored REIT. Dean is a graduate of the University of Southern California and lives in Orange County with his wife and three children.
