Mr. Emery has also been a team member since inception but officially joined Steadfast Companies in 2005.  Mr. Emery has been involved in underwriting and acquisitions for the company and has managed our value enhancement/capital improvement teams, providing his insight and experience in development and construction.  Currently, he is responsible for the acquisition, development and construction oversight of two master planned, mixed-use projects, including construction of major community infrastructure, development of multifamily projects, and design and disposition of commercial/retail parcels. Mr. Emery is a graduate of the University of Southern California.
